REFUND POLICY

Returns

30 Day Return Policy
To be eligible for a refund your item must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If all return requirements are met we will issue a refund to the credit use to make the original purchase.
Note: it can take up to 7 days for your bank to process the refund.

Exceptions

Sales items are final and are non refundable. Shipping costs are also non refundable.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If 7 business days have passed and you have not received a refund please check with your bank for details. Your bank may have a reason for the delay.

How To Return

After contacting us we will send you an email with the details to return your item for an exchange or refund (whichever is applicable) and next steps.
Note: You will be responsible for all shipping charges.
